WVASN SCHOOL NURSE of the YEAR 2026
From graduating from Berea College in 1997 with her BSN to serving in long-term care, staff development, critical care, mission work in the African bush, and school nursing, Jenny has dedicated her career to caring for others. Known lovingly as “Nurse Jenny,” she has been a valued part of the Mercer County school family since 2008 and continues to make a difference every day as a Nationally Certified School Nurse.
Her compassion extends far beyond the school walls through her volunteer and mission work, and her love for family, friends, faith, and service shines in everything she does. We are so proud to celebrate all she has accomplished and the countless lives she has touched along the way.
